Prices will depend on the time of year, length of trip and whether you are bringing any furry friends with you. 

However, to give you an idea, prices range from £720 a week out of season, to £2,660 a week in peak season. We can provide discounted prices if staying for more than 1 week (in blocks of full weeks).

Dogs are charged at £5 per dog, per day.

There is a £200 security deposit to be paid 6 weeks before arrival when paying the full balance. This is be returned following the stay assuming no damages.

We require a 25% deposit at time the of booking. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. We also require a £200 security deposit to be paid at the same time as the full payment, but to be returned after the stay if no damages to the cottage.

We understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel. Our cancellation policy is as followed:

• 25% charge if cancelled 60+ days prior to arrival
• 50% charge if cancelled 30- 59 days prior to arrival
• 75% charge if cancelled 7-29 days prior to arrival
• 100% charge if cancelled week of arrival

We are happy to discuss options to rearrange to another date, and transfer the money if we manage to rebook your original date.

Friday is our usual change over day and we usually only take week long bookings (or multiples of). However we are willing to be flexible during quiet times and last minute bookings so feel free to email us.

Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival, and check out is at 10am of day of departure.

We have a lock box at the cottage for you to easily access your key whatever time you arrive (after 4pm). We will provide you with the code shortly before your arrival. This also allows you to have a super quick check out, by just returning your key to the lock box Before you leave.

This is a dog friendly cottage, your furry friends are more than welcome to come and enjoy our local walks. There is a small charge of £5 per night per dog. We do ask that you bring your own towels and blankets for your dog(s) to ensure our furniture and cottage stays in the best condition for you and future guests.

We have 2 beaches close by.

Porthreath beach - Between 1st September and 30th June dogs are welcome on this beach at any time. Between 1st July and 31st August, dogs are allowed on the beach before 10am and after 6pm.

Porthtowan beach - Between 1st October and Easter dogs are welcome on this beach at any time. Between Easter and 30th September, dogs are allowed on the beach before 8am and after 7pm.

There are also lots of other great areas for walking dogs close by: the coast to coast trail and Tehidy woods to name a few.

Yes. Our cottage has 2 private parking spaces to the side of the cottage so you can easy unpack and pack, and you know your car is safe. If it is essential to bring more than 2 cars, please get in touch and we can try to arrange additional parking, however there will be a cost associated to this. Please do not bring more than 2 cars if it has not been agreed for beforehand.

North Coast Holiday Cottages have created a unique escape for families and couples. There is an old site with 12 cottages, and a new site with 16 new builds. Each cottage is set on a different level on the hill side giving the sense of space and remoteness.   On site there is a treatment room, offering a range of beauty and spa treatments.

Bathroom towels will be provided but please do bring your own beach towels and if you have dogs, definitely dog towels please! :)

There is no smoking or vaping permitted in the cottage. You can smoke outside the cottage but please dispose of any cigarettes to ensure the outside area is kept clean and tidy for you, your family/friends and future guests.

Yes, the hot tub is your own private hot tub.
